Description
It was quick. It was shabby. No bells and whistles, no guests, just a few of their army friends. Just a few small flowers they picked up from the meadow at the last moment. Just gunshots roaring in the background as they swore to be together. Just a knife carving the words on the back of their tags, the only proof of their union. They had no way to get rings back then. It was the least of their problems.
But they made up for it when the war was over. White gold. Their favorite. Ever since then, the rings have adorned their fingers faithfully, each day for over six years now.
(Fragment of my novel, Imperfect Utopia: Bulletproof, chapter 9. Read it on my Wattpad, either in English or Polish!)

So, at first this was supposed to just be a quick hand study but I really got into it and decided to go all out.
I wanted it to be universal while subtly referencing a moment from my novel - speaking of which, it hits its first anniversrary of going public today!
I'm glad I finally finished a personal piece, too, first after over a month.
Hands were referenced from this image, and the tags were referenced from my own tags, drawn from life.
Hello; I just thought I should let you know that I came across another account that seems to have heavily referenced your work. They didn't credit you as the source, but your work appears in their favourites gallery.
